Heather Daily Designs
McKinley Leather, along with Charleston Forge and Prestige Arts are pleased to announce our collaboration with designer and artist Heather Daily. Heather, a California native who moved to Nashville in 1986, says she is inspired by her adopted hometown and by the changes she's seen in and around Nashville.
While living in the city, Heather has witnessed the rebirth of dilapidated buildings left over from the city's heyday as a center of manufacturing and the railroads. She has seen new life and purpose breathed into neighborhoods of abandoned factories and communities animated with a new spirit as they emerge from years of neglect.
"I am inspired by the rejunvenation, and the revival of style found not just in Nashville, but in cities throughout the southern United States," says Heather. "Subsequently, I've used that as inspiration in designing a line of home furnishings to encompass the redefinition of elegant comfort."
The launch of Southern Revival Home includes Belle Meade, Werthan, and West End upholstery collection from McKinley Leather. These sofa and chair groupings pair well with Charleston Forge occasional tables and Prestige Arts original artwork and giclee prints.
Southern Revival style is what McKinley Leather knows inside and out—we walk the talk every day. As a design-driven boutique operation, offering artisan-crafted furniture, McKinley supports and enhances the creativity and attention to detail for which Heather Daily is known.
